Introduction

Founded in 2007

Founded by Mr. Alan Song Xiangqian in 2007, Harvest Capital focuses on investments in China's consumer retail sector with AUM more than US4bn. Since our establishment, we have been striving to provide operational value add to our portfolio companies and grow with them.

Our mission is to support leading companies in consumer retail sector in China and globally through our investment and operational value add initiatives to create sustainable growth. We strives to invest in companies providing high frequency, value for money, essential consumer products to customers globally. Our vision is to create world-class consumer brands and provide better solutions for daily life enrichment.

Our past investments include Eastroc Beverage (605499. SH), Laiyifen (603777. SH), Amer(603511. SH), Babi Food(605338. SH), Qiaqia Food (002557. SZ), Jiajia Food (002650. SZ), Easyhome (000785. Since our establishment in 2007, Harvest Capital has always focused on China's consumption and modern service industry, among which we especially focus on food, clothing, housing, transportation, healthcare, education, entertainment and other aspects in mass consumption. We adhere to the long focus on investing in leading enterprises that benefit from national economic growth and consumption upgrading trend, as well as fast-growth enterprises. We pursue a prudent and stable investment philosophy and do not follow the trend or deliberately pursue the trend.
